Do all your documents in your DMS have the correct recordkeeping disposal class?
Documents in the same recordkeeping container or the same recordkeeping disposal class often have similar text content. AK Drive Analyser can produce a measure of membership of document text in a set of classification classes based on correctly classified documents for all documents in a container or class. A low degree of membership indicates that a document may be an outlier within the container or class and be in an incorrect disposal class.

- Identify and avoid disposal of documents which have been incorrectly sentenced
