2) When running a downloaded installer, Error 1723 with a screen similar to that shown below may appear:
This message indicates a problem with permissions for the folder C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp, which can arise for a number of reasons.
.Suggested remedies are:
•Turn off any Anti-Virus software. This may prevent installation of any software. •Right-click on the Temp folder in C:\Users\\AppData\Local and edit the Security options to add Full Control to the username you are using
•Run the installer as Administrator by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.
